• Give subsidy (10/10) to the Science and Technology Promotion Foundation of Ibaraki to provide funds for research
• The Foundation uses personal-care robots using technology from Ibaraki to improve machinery, develop examples of use, and educate personnel that can operate the robots
• Public recruitment of contractors regarding the project to research and develop personal-care robots
• Deployed at Ibaraki Prefectural University of Health Sciences and medical institutions in Ibaraki Prefecture
